“The beret of shame”

There were numerous candidates this evening. Dylan for skiing more on his bottom than on his skis, Katie for clattering people with her ski poles, Rosemary for forgetting her ski pass, Cameron for his choice of attire on the final evening, Jessica S and Macy for never doing anything wrong and James for desperately trying to “win” the beret of shame all week long. However, this morning someone got out of bed on the wrong side and the rest of us had to suffer. A popular saying this week has been – “We like Ninjas not whingers!” For this reason, the beret tonight went to Lois. Not only did she spend the last day moaning, she also skied into a 200 year old larch tree which suffered some cuts and minor bruising.

Room inspection

The final results were handed out this evening. The children in last place were Callum, Jack, Henry and Dylan. All four boys were given a “bag of shame” to help with their rooms at home. The winners were Tatziana, Anushka and Jessica K. Their room has been like a palace all week. They received a box of continental chocolates to share for their superb effort.

Skiers of the week

Christian and DiDi chose two children, one from each group as their skiers of the week. The children chosen were Rosemary and Jessica K.
